Delivery & Return

1) Delivery

We strive to ship the products you ordered on the same day. For products that take time to source, the delivery time is generally 3 business days. You will be informed in case of any possible delays in delivery.

To ensure that the product delivery goes smoothly, please provide your delivery address as the address of your location during the day.

Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you selected at the end of your order. Products from our Kilis-based company will be shipped with the cargo company you selected. After your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the cargo company within 2 (two) business days at the latest.

You can consult with our customer representative about different delivery conditions.

2) Return

You can return the products you purchased from us within 14 days from the date you received the order.

  • The products must have their tags attached, must not be used, and must be in the same condition as when they were first received.
  • The products will be checked as soon as they are received by us, and if the return is approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 days, depending on your bank.
It is beneficial for you to know the following:
    • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of masks and swimsuits.
    • In all return transactions - unfortunately - we deduct the return shipping fee from the refund amount (except for defective products).
    • Exchanges are not possible at the moment. The product must be returned, and a new order for the desired product must be placed.
    • Returns for purchases made through our website cannot be processed at our physical stores.

3) Payment Tracking

If the system cannot complete the transaction due to any issues, the visitor will be informed of this on the payment page.

In case of any errors in the provided address, the order will be contacted with the person who placed the order.

The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed with the automatic email sent after the order is processed.

We are responsible for both the delivery and the bank with which we use the credit card system.

Please be careful!

If you think the package was damaged during shipment, please open and check it in front of the company representative. If you believe the product is damaged, do not accept it and ensure a report is made with the cargo company.

Once the product is accepted, it is assumed that the cargo company has fulfilled its duties.

If the product is damaged: Please inform us as soon as possible by sending the report to our email address on the contact page.

Once you complete these steps, we will begin working on your package and ensure the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.

If you briefly explain the reason for the return in this email, it will help us in handling the product.
