Delivery and Returns
We strive to dispatch the products you have ordered on the same day. For products that require sourcing, the delivery time is usually 3 business days as usual. In case of possible delays in delivery, you will be informed.
To ensure smooth product delivery, please provide the address of your location as the delivery address during the day.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery option you have selected at the end of your order. Products will be sent from our Kilis-based company using the chosen shipping company. After your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the Shipping company within a maximum of 2 (two) business days.
You can consult our customer representative regarding different delivery terms.
You can return the products you purchased from us within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.
- The products must have their labels intact, not have been used, and be in their original condition.
- Upon receipt of the products, they will be checked immediately, and if the return is approved, the refund process will be completed within a maximum of 7 days, depending on your bank.
It's good to know:
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of masks and swimwear products.
- In all return processes, unfortunately, we deduct the return shipping fee from the refund amount. (Except for defective products)
- Exchange process is not yet available. The returned product needs to be refunded, and a new order for the desired product needs to be placed.
- Returns for online purchases are not accepted at our physical stores.

3) Payment Tracking
If the system cannot complete the transaction due to any issues, the visitor is notified after the payment page.
In case of any issues with the specified address, we establish contact with the person who placed the order for undeliverable orders.
The validity of the provided email address by the visitor is confirmed by an automated email sent after the transfer of the order.
We are responsible not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use for the successful completion of the delivery.
During shipment, open and inspect packages that you suspect may have been damaged in the presence of the delivery company representative. If you believe the product is damaged, do not accept the delivery and create a report with the shipping company.
After receiving the product, the shipping company is deemed to have fulfilled its duty properly.
If the product is damaged: Please notify us by creating a report and sending it to our email address provided on our contact page as soon as possible.
By completing these steps, we will initiate the necessary procedures regarding your package and arrange for a re-delivery as soon as possible.
